The work environment was definitely helpful, especially if for people who are shy in nature.

I wish the onboarding process was different.

Advice

The one piece of advice I would share would be to not worry if you have the feeling of wondering if you belong or not, because you would not be there if they did not believe in you or if you were not ready for the opportunity.

I wish I had been able to take on more responsibility and larger projects during my time, but seeing I was only there for a brief time it was hard to do so.

The entire experience and process. I loved it so much, I applied and interviewed for their Professional Development Program after I graduate in May 2023 and received an offer which I accepted.

What I wish was different

Entire process from start to finish was amazing

Advice

Your recruiter is your friend so let him/her know if something in the process is not going well or is going well. Keep an open mind and ask questions and learn new things. Establish a professional rapport with your Manager/Director and let them know your interest.

What I liked

I really like the team bonding events that we had in the office. I also liked that fact that I had more freedom with the projects and that you're treated like a full time engineer.

What I wish was different

I wish that I had branched out and talked to even more people who have expertise in the area I wanted to explore in.

Advice

Always ask questions. There is no such thing as a dumb question. Everyone knows you're an intern and you're there to learn.
