“Cedar Hills has a team-oriented environment. Staff members are always willing to help if you have questions, and you don't have to be afraid of making mistakes. They encourage learning and working together to figure things out. In such a small city, you have the opportunity to step up and take on multiple roles and projects. While only there a few months, I was able to help with the budget document, answer calls about utilities, and assist in park design. Though my main job-related tasks were still accounting focused, I had the opportunity to learn and grow in many other facets.”
