I loved the flexibility of my hours! Although I have some experience working with kids with autism, a lot of the job was on site learning. Each kid was so unique, but so much fun working with! I loved getting the chance to make someone's day better.
What I wish was different
I wish I had been paired with a kid more like me, that way it was easier to truly connect and be a companion to them.
Advice
Be flexible and openminded! Each kid is different, but special in their own way.
