Flexibility in schedule when I needed time off. One learns life skills for their future house / lawn care in the days to come. Great facilities "Grounds Dept." team! You feel like you're part of a family. I enjoyed making friendships.
What I wish was different
Better pay for the required tasks at hand. It is very demanding of one's body. More hours available to work throughout the day. It is either from 6:00am - 2:30pm or 7:00am to 3:30pm, depending on the time of year one is employed.

Super fun people to work with. Also very flexible schedule, especially over the summer while trying to work 3 jobs!

I wish my boss could have given me even more stuff to do.
