The Massachusetts Coalition to Prevent Gun Violence envisions a world where every one of us lives free of the threat of gun violence. The Coalition brings together the communities most impacted by gun violence, advocates, public health experts and policy-makers to address the root causes of gun violence.
We seek to strengthen legislation, gun safety practices, research, and funding for community based solutions to create a Commonwealth that is free from gun violence. Our work is directed by survivors of gun violence and our more than 120 member organizations. We do this work through advocacy, education, community organizing, and supporting our member organizations.
