I loved learning about the structure of the British government. I also loved learning about the differences in policy focus as well as new skills.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have been able to work in person more. Because of COVID, I was only able to come in to the office about a third of the time.
Advice
Be familiar with the Microsoft Suite! Also, be very open minded in terms of political parties. They are so much different than in the US, so keep an open mind about party alignment.
