What I liked

I liked being able to help numerous customers with their technical support problems and I was able to train UDit employees on procedures and tech tips.

What I wish was different

Nothing, I had a wonderful time this summer working for UDit


Push yourself to always keep learning. Sometimes it seems easier to just ask someone for help, try to find the answer or resolve the issue on your own first. This will help develop you into a self sufficient employee.
