About The People Team Rotational Program
The People Team Rotational Program provides entry-level professionals with valuable exposure to several of our core People functions. This 18-month program affords participants the opportunity to engage in rewarding rotations in our People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning functions. Participants will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, take part in professional development activities, and receive mentorship directly from People Team Leadership. The program is designed to equip participants with a strong foundation on which to build successful careers in human resources.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
People Operations:
The People Operations Team strives to create and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. Our global team is both a strategic partner and hands-on team focused on gathering business requirements, optimizing, and implementing people processes as we launch or enhance some of the most complex operations around the world. In this role, you will:
  • Support our global People Helpdesk team in managing employee support inquiries as well as refining and enhancing the underlying Salesforce platform that facilitates these inquiries
  • Execute processes to manage the employee lifecycle (e.g., supporting onboarding, job changes, etc.)
  • Engage global People Operations team members to understand process pain points as well as develop and execute plans to enhance these processes   
  • Run and maintain critical reports across various People Team systems to enable data-driven decision-making
  • Perform operational duties required to keep processes running consistently through various technologies such as (Salesforce, DocuSign, WorkDay, etc.)
  • Support various project-based work efforts based on evolving business needs (e.g. COVID vaccine needs, em ployee laptop return, etc.)
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to diagnose process challenges and design effective solutions
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular maintenance Support development of standard reporting and ad hoc report requests
  • Participate in system updates and enhancement projects
  
Talent Acquisition:
Our rotational participants will play a meaningful role in facilitating candidates’ onsite (and virtual) experiences and ensuring these experiences reflect our brand. In addition, they will execute and create methodologies for surfacing leading talent to bring into the organization. In this role, you will:
  • Search for and help engage talent to fill critical business needs
  • Leverage various databases and applications to facilitate candidate identification (e.g., LinkedIn, Handshake, WeWork’s job board partners)
  • Support job requisition creation to translate our business needs into candidate-facing job postings
  • Coordinate interview schedules for applicants and recruiters
  • Work in our applicant tracking system to execute core talent acquisition processes in support of our recruiting and hiring activities
  • Provide candidates with exceptional on-site and/or virtual support during the interview process
  • Support strategic Talent Acquisition programs as needed
  • Support efforts to refine and represent our Employee Value Proposition to candidates
  • Partner with the Office of Inclusion to strategize inclusive practices into diversity hiring and employer branding

Learning:
The Learning Team is responsible for assessing, communicating, and delivering on learning needs in the organization, as well as implementing professional and career development programs for our employees. In this role, you will:
  • Support needs analysis to identify key learning topics and inform the Learning Team’s roadmap and portfolio of offerings
  • Support content development and contribute to training design
  • Assist in building eLearning modules to deploy to our organization based on learning needs
  • Attend as well as support execution and facilitation of trainings
  • Work with learning systems that support training content consumption
  • Contribute to design and delivery of trainings and learning programs to support specific regional and/or global initiatives requiring employee training


Qualifications:
  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s Degree program (preferably in Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field) with an expected completion date between December 2021 – June 2022.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience (e.g., in student organizations, campus initiatives, and/or internship roles)
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Affinity for working with data, and ability to manipulate large data sets to derive business insights  
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Passionate about pursuing a career in the human resources space
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous working environments
  • Ability to effectively balance competing priorities with ease
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and desire to work in a collaborative, people-oriented environment
