The A Bar A Ranch is a historic guest ranch situated in southern Wyoming's Medicine Bow Mountains on the North Platte River. We have an excellent reputation as a family-oriented, outdoor adventure based vacation destination, along with sustainability raising cattle on 100,000 acres of private conservation lands. Guests visit the ranch for world-class fly-fishing, horseback riding, hiking, shooting sports, and other activities. Our staff is selectively chosen from colleges and universities across the country.

Full season applicants must be available from Mid-May through the third week of September. Short season applicants must be available from Mid-May through the end of August.
Jobs include children's camp counselors, fly-fishing guides, expedition guides, wranglers, cooks, food/wine/bar servers, cabin hosts/housekeepers, office assistants, guest services/shooting instructors, and grounds/maintenance crew.
Compensation includes monthly salary, potential share of the end-of-season bonus, housing, meals, and optional 401k with company match.
