It was a one week Intern Development Program in lieu of the internship due to COVID-19. I was I was able to experience the full internship.

What I liked
Welcomed all interns with open arms, taught us everything we needed to know during the first week of training, got many different experiences, all employees were willing to help interns, and just an overall great company.
What I wish was different

Advice
If you have the opportunity to take an internship with AAFCPAS, I would highly recommend accepting. They teach you so much and have a great company environment. Your internship will be both educational and fun.

What I liked
One - on- one mentoring was a great way to learn for me! Good hands-on experience and good pay!
What I wish was different
Too much traveling, commuting was stressful and time-consuming, didn't get any exposure to other areas besides auditing while other interns did.
Advice
I would recommend either doing multiple internships in different areas or interning with a smaller firm to get more exposure.
