Great field experience. This gave me opportunity to learn more about psychology and people. I met many mentors through the company.

Starting this internship takes a lot of time, but all of the training is worth it. You also have to be a patient person.

What I liked
The kids were great and it was a great, humbling experience.
What I wish was different
I wish the company was more organized. Things seemed to be all over the place and it seemed like they would just hire anyone. Some other RBTs or caretakers did not know what they were doing and it would effect the kids which would effect the next RBT the kid s scheduled with.
Advice
You need patience for this job not just because of the kids but because of the company. They send you through hoops without apology and if you are interning you are doing the same responsibilities as those on salary, but paid less for it.
