I like the team that I work with. They're all such intelligent and friendly people.
What I wish was different
I wish that we had more team bonding activities, instead of meetings, when a new student volunteer joined the team so that we could get to know each other better before we started volunteering together.
Advice
One piece of advice is that I'd highly recommend that you have reliable transportation (ex: a car) because not only do we meet at the main office, we also educate the students at their own schools.
