The staff, the supervisor, weekly staff meetings were informative and helpful.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more access to consumer records, and I wish I was allowed to have an agency email so that communication would be possible between co-workers and supervisors.
Advice
I would advise that people ask a lot of questions and do not be afraid to interact with the consumers- they want to share with you!
