What I liked
I enjoyed working on high ropes courses and rock walls, helping kids to overcome their fears.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have been able to put more energy into the adventure team, but a lot of my attention was taken up by the rest of camp.
Advice
Be ready to work. A lot.

Horse Wrangler

What I liked
I loved learning about the horses and how to care for them, and being in community with Christian college students!
What I wish was different
A lot of the staff had grown up going to that camp, or else they went to Whitworth University, so it felt cliquey at times.
Advice
It’s always worth diving into a new position, because it gives you new skills that you can take into your future, and you get explore another side of yourself!
