I loved working in a church environment with a group of such strong, kind Christians. The whole staff and church encouraged us, poured into us, and loved us. The relationships made this summer have impacted me immensely.
What I wish was different
Honestly, I wish it was longer and that I put more effort into building strong relationships from the beginning.
Advice
I would advise someone with this experience to hit the ground running. It truly was so formative to my faith and career path, and I would encourage someone to take advantage of everything this church offers.
