It was an excellent place to work. It would've already been a great summer job with half the restaurant outside. However, the managers were my favorite part, very personable and easy-going when high intensity wasn't necessary.
What I wish was different
I wish that the training experience was more thorough. Near the end of the summer I still had to ask my manager or a more experienced employee a question every now and then.
Advice
Go into the job knowing that on busy nights, you cannot take a break. If a break is taken it really does put a lot of work on your shoulders. Much smoother if you just crank out a good six hour shift. It'll pay off.
