Jessica is an awesome boss and understands that your studies and school work come first, and just from working with her I learned a lot about professionalism and how to be a leader who truly cares about the wellness of the team. Jessica offers every learning opportunity, when I first began there she said to me "you are here to learn and grow, so don't be afraid to make mistakes" which was very comforting for me. This internship offered plenty of opportunities for design work, and my ability to design clean and functional marketing collateral has grown. I also learned about workflow management and gained experience designing within established brand guidelines. While working there I was treated like a member of their family and I was treated with the utmost respect. Overall, this is a wonderful opportunity to learn how communication and design come together in the real working world, and a wonderful internship. ”
