I really liked that I had the opportunity to start in the Day Care until Summer Camp started. I also was able to float around and fill in when needed.
What I wish was different
There is nothing I wish that I would have done different!
Advice
It is important to go in with an open mind and to be available to help wherever you are needed! As a new employee, it is very helpful if you are willing to be flexible.
