What I like and enjoy the most was the company culture. The culture had take-out Tuesdays with a few staff members making the work experience enjoyable.
What I wish was different
A bit more of a learning experience, when arriving you are kind of thrown in expecting to know or how to do it. It is different from what was taught in school.
Advice
Keep an open mind, and be ready for a lot of last-minute changes, and a few client details that can feel overwhelming.

Public Relations Intern
June 2019 • Miami, FL
What I liked
Carve Communications is a great place to learn the fundamentals of public relations. What's great is that they differentiated from many agencies in Miami because their clients are tech focused. The team strives to always teach you, make you feel comfortable asking questions, and work with you particular important PR writing materials such as pitching.

Advice
Ask questions! I did not know anything about technology before walking into this internship and its been a great experience so far!
