Casper Horseheads Baseball Club

About Casper Horseheads Baseball Club

The Casper Horseheads are one of seven charter members of the Independence League, a summer collegiate wood-bat league playing in Nebraska, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota and Idaho. The Horseheads play at Mike Lansing Stadium, a 2,200-seat venue and former Class-A home of the Colorado Rockies. Our business model is that of a minor league baseball team - family entertainment, large crowds and a lot of moving pieces. We provide the full-blown minor league experience to our fans and our interns are an essential part of that production.

We are looking for people who want to learn and progress in their careers - if you're looking for a great summer experience with a tremendous group of people, join us!

“The people I worked with were wonderful, but not the general managers or the owners. ”

Baseball Operations Intern

“I really liked this internship in the beginning. I accepted the position in October of 2018 and the GM at the time had great communication. He would call us once a week and give us things to do to keep us involved in the upcoming season. They fired him as the season approached and thats were it all went down hill. ”
