What I liked

Catapult Solutions Group has the best team environment that I have ever worked with. Everyone is very helpful and is willing to teach you anything that you would like to learn. The atmosphere and the people here are amazing. The leadership here is incredibly approachable and outgoing. I definitely grew my professional career immensely at Catapult. I learned how the recruiting process works from start to finish as well as some sales tactics that I will take with me for the remainder of my career.

staffing intern

What I liked

Catapult Solutions Group welcomes everyone with open arms and treats you like family. Everyone is respected and treated fairly. There are many very intelligent peers that you get to work with and they all contribute in different ways to your professional development while in college. It was fun and exciting to work there and they had many team building exercises. I received a bonus for my performance at the end of summer, which most internships don't usually offer. They had the interns on 4 day work weeks, 32 hours a week. It was stressed that although we were there to learn and put in work they understood that we're still in college and wanted us to enjoy our summers by giving us off every Friday (unless you wanted to work). I still keep in contact with employees and have sent referrals there way. It's great for experience and the connections you make in the staffing industry can be very valuable. 360 feedback is used at CSG, coaching from other interns, coworkers, and management were used throughout the whole thing. YOUR ideas and feedback are welcomed, appreciated, valued, and taken into consideration at CSG. Highly skilled management team with styles that really bring out the best in their people.

What I wish was different

Nothing. It was all amazing.

Account Executive Intern (Other Industries)

What I liked

Of all the things that really stick out at Catapult is the culture. The culture of Catapult Solutions Group is that of teamwork and unity. Throughout my internship I've learned the world of recruiting, account sales, and healthcare. The learning curve has been steep, however, through everyone's eagerness to answer questions and to offer help, I have been able to really grow as a professional. In addition to this, they place you in a hybrid training model to allow for not only "classroom" training, but more importantly to me, they give hands on training by letting you actually speak to candidates and clients daily. This was instrumental to my success and continued interest in performing to the standards that the office has set. When starting at Catapult, they place you at a desk surrounded by people that they believe will be able to help you the most and I can say that I was exceptionally lucky to be placed between Taylor and Drew. Each of them has taken ample time to really ensure my success by answering my questions, letting me know the little tricks of the trade, and making sure I know there's multiple avenues to accomplish your goals within the job.

Advice

Come in with an open mind, a can-do attitude, and be willing to ask questions. The people here will not only answer your question, but they'll make sure you understand the background reasoning as per why that's the answer to the question. Their tenacity in helping has truly been one of the most underrated aspects of training and being new, it's allowed me to gain a much better understanding of the goings on!
