Understand that while this is a paid position, it does still require sacrifice; you are basically giving up your whole summer to teach you g children about the church

I liked the team I worked with and the work was very fulfilling.
What I wish was different
That I didn't get injured performing a skit halfway through the summer.
Advice
To not keep your thoughts bottled up and to be open with your team about whatever may be bothering you.

What I liked
Teaching grade school and middle school kids about the Catholic faith, meeting people from different parts of the Catholic Diocese of Wichita, and bonding with my teammates.
What I wish was different
Nothing really, it was a great experience.
Advice
Don't keep your emotions or complaints inside, voice your grievances. Allow the kids to feed your energy, you will grow tired but the kids will keep you energized if you let them.
