Founded in 1987, CDI was founded with the sole purpose to construct retail facilities for the upscale department store retailer Dillard’s Inc. CDI rose in the industry by successfully delivering Dillard’s department stores all over the United States, with many being constructed simultaneously. CDI brings this efficiency to private and public industry, now building facilities for Government, Banking, Industrial/Manufacturing, Retail, Education, Hospitality, Offices, Healthcare, and many other market sectors. CDI has offices in Little Rock and Fayetteville, Arkansas and Frisco, Texas. We are currently licensed in 45 states across the country.
