What I liked

CDM Smith was a great experience, I learned how to administer safety audits, scheduling , documentation control, quality management. One of my favorite thinks about CDM Smith was that everyone was supported when you have a question or needed help. Lots of hands on experience and great pay for an internship.

What I wish was different

Honestly nothing, great experience. But I do wish work was near my home and not have to do so much traveling or was either eligible for per diem.

Advice

Enjoy every single day of this opportunity with CDM Smith. You’ll learn a lot, just be sure not to be afraid to ask questions when you don’t know something.
