Helping kids and families in crisis, playing with kids, making meaningful connections
What I wish was different
More support from management and more attentive coworkers. A lot of people did not seem to be looking out for what was best for clients, and had their own personal interests.

You have to be open to feedback and willing to search for creative solutions
