The people at Centricity are some of the best, kindest, most hardworking people I have met. They allowed me to sit in on meetings, answered all of my (very many) questions, and were phenomenal about explaining what a job in A&R involves on a daily basis. This was by far one of the best work/internship experiences I have had.

Advice
Be proactive & really get to know the people at Centricity. Since it is a smaller label, it is easy to meet everyone and they have become some great friends and mentors.
