What I liked

I love how the company prioritizes its worker's wellbeing. During every shift, all workers are given a chance to eat, and there is always enough food for everyone and the event! Along with getting 20-minute breaks, these are accommodations that I have not gotten at other jobs, but they make all the difference.

What I wish was different

I completed the orientation after I had worked a few shifts. I wish I could have gotten that done first so I had all of my paperwork in order and gotten on payroll right away. I will say, that the orientation was very thorough and covered all areas thoroughly.

Advice

One piece of advice I would share is to keep on top of communication with members of the company, especially when completing an internship with the PFW hospitality program.
