I enjoyed being able to learn about all the aspects of not just a law firm but a non profit as well AT THE SAME TIME!!
What I wish was different
I wish I would have spent a little bit more time getting to know the clients.
Advice
You have to have tough skin. Civil issues are not the most fun especially if the issues are involving a denial of human rights such as access to food through food stamps. The stories that people tell you are extremely upsetting but you have to be able to put your emotions aside and do your best to help them.
