The people and atmosphere are amazing! Everyone works hard and looks out for each other and it feels like a true family.

I would definitely say that you should expect to work hard, but it is very rewarding and worth the effort put in.

What I liked
While working at Chick-fil-A, I enjoyed my coworkers’ eagerness to help whenever I struggled to complete an assigned task.
What I wish was different
I wish there was a moment to take a breather outside of a break time. The fast-paced environment is great for making the time pass, and it’s great that the business is doing well, but a it can definitely get overwhelming
Advice
Be able to work quickly and don’t dwell on mistakes; accept them as they come and don’t be afraid to ask for help when needed!

Clear advancement path. Yes, there’s opportunities, but sometimes underlinks don’t seem to be able to see a clear path to them sometimes.
Advice
Make sure you are clearly understand the boundaries and description of the your job description. It is easy to get lost in the work and dragged into doing many things.

I loved working under the amazing management at Athens Chick-fil-A. I also loved my coworkers and it was always a good time at work.
