What I liked

I enjoyed being apart of something bigger than myself and being able to offer my knowledge from school to a real company. The store is brand new and has only been in operation for one year. Because of this, there are so many opportunities to learn and grow as a young professional at Chick-fil-A Oshkosh.

What I wish was different

With the location being new, there were some hurdles we needed to get over. With time and more established systems I believe those kinks will be worked out.

Advice

There is a lot that goes into running a restaurant Especially a restaurant that has over 100 employees. There are many position for young professionals at Chick-fil-A Oshkosh. They can specialize in anything ranging from social media to leadership. The company is newer and the possibilitiies are endless.
