I loved the work environment and my peers. Everyone was very caring and attentive towards each other's needs. We ended up making friends with each other.
What I wish was different
I wish the beginning had been more organized as the boss encourages us to go at our own pace, but I would have liked more guidelines.
Advice
Definitely be organized and work on being a self sufficient worker. It also would not hurt to own a car in order to travel to far worksites.
