I liked the easy in-person/virtual access to professionals at all levels ranging from Assistant Vice Presidents to the company Executive team. I liked the real world projects and assignments that were given because they were teaching us how to manage different necessities for the DEI side of things.
What I wish was different
I wish my assignments and tasks were ready for me early on in the internship. I waited a few weeks before actually working on a big project.
Advice
Be open to feedback, ask questions, and always be willing to learn. I would also say build and utilize your network, showing up and doing your work isn't enough.

What I liked
Full-time employees were helpful in getting me up to speed with the basic knowledge and skills required on the team. Summer internship program was deliberately designed to practice relevant qualitative and quantitative skillsets. Hybrid work schedule was good as well.

Advice
Treat yourself and have self-expectations as a full-time analyst rather than a summer analyst. Don't hesitate to take responsibilities as they appear.
