Planning and Zoning Intern

May 2018 - August 2018 Doral, FL
“The Planning and Zoning Director at the City of Doral was extremely knowledgeable and willing to take the time to teach interns broader planning ethics and concepts. The entire department was willing to let me shadow them to understand the different fields in the planning profession. For most of the internship, I had the opportunity to work on both departmental projects and individual projects that would enhance the consumer, developer, and city interface. I enjoyed working in teams with other planners as well as being responsible for my own projects that I was able to present concluding my internship.”
