Benefits, the hiring team, the team I worked with, the work culture...I like a lot of this job, to be honest.
What I wish was different
I wish I had a bit more structure with my position, but since it was an entirely new position and my department is so busy, I felt more like a guinea pig. I also wish I'd been given more direction about what was allowed in the department versus not (like dress code).
Advice
If you like the hiring team off the bat, that's a great sign. Going to an in-person interview or talking to someone on the phone is a huge part of knowing what you're getting into.
