My coworkers were wonderful, and my boss was great to work for. Extremely understanding when it came to complaining parents. Also extremely flexible hours.
What I wish was different
I only wish it wasn't 100 degrees outside for most of camp. When we played outside, even if you just sit there, you WILL get sweaty. Don't forget your water!
Advice
If you don't like kids, then for their sake and your own, do not work here. You're hanging out with kids all day, so liking kids is kind of a requirement.

What I liked
I enjoyed having a daily routine, and seeing great kids everyday. Everyday was an adventure, but it made my summer an exciting one!
What I wish was different
One thing I wish had been different would be the hours. I worked around 11 hours a day 5 days a week, so I was always tired.
Advice
A piece of advice that I have for this job would be to have patience. The kids are just as tired as you, and will give off the same energy that you give them.
