To me everything was perfect.
Advice
One piece of advice I would share about my experience is working with the different work site apart of the program. Each mentor had a number of work site to visit with youth intern assigned to work. Everyday we start the day with a morning meeting. Then we would visit two or three work site, spend time with the interns make sure their time sheets and other important paper were correct. Then we would have an afternoon meeting with our supervisors and head mentors.
