I thoroughly enjoy the positive and motivating environment. It provides a great space for learning and expanding my skills. It makes it so that when I make a mistake, it's more of a learning experience. The support and encouragement I receive are crucial to my growth and success.

Advice
Don't be afraid to ask questions to other areas of your department. You will most likely learn something new and even find another passion. I found myself learning to love photography after taking just a few photos.

Guaranteed at least 40 hours of work per week, no weekends, and got to work outside all the time.

Nothing, pretty low stress job for the most part. Great group of guys as well
