I liked having hours that allowed me to work another job before my night time shift. I liked being able to walk around Newport during the summer helping people find where to explore or where to eat while still doing my job. This job allowed me to add a great piece of experience to my resume while having a great time outside with co-workers.
What I wish was different
Nothing, perfect summer job that I have been given the opportunity to continue throughout the winter.
Advice
People who take this job must be able to become familiar with the different types of technology we use to write parking tickets along with being extremely comfortable with the confrontation of the job from both locals and tourists.
