I love all of the experience that I gain with my job. I am in nursing school and with all that I have learned in the ER has really helped me apply it to clinical. I also love the adrenaline rush I get every time I work and all of the different people we are able to help throughout the day.
What I wish was different
Nothing. I love my job. I am expected to do a variety of different tasks and it allows me to gain a lot of experience.
Advice
If you are in nursing school and the ER interests you, start as a tech. Techs do a lot more than people realize and it is a great start to nursing.
