The job was very rewarding; I got to help parents, professors and students each day in the Student Engagement Office with their issues.
What I wish was different
I wish the department, as a whole, was more organized. There was a lot of miscommunication with the authorities above me in my department.
Advice
Use this job as a learning and leadership experience. It can be super fun at times, but also, it can get draining. That's just life. I enjoyed the two years I spent there!
