I liked being able to "own" the projects given to me. Since the office was small, everything that I did was mine and I was able to take credit for the work.
What I wish was different
The office was very small (total of 5 people) and I tend to thrive when there is collaboration, therefore I wish that there would have been more people.
Advice
Previously I had only worked at large firms. I think that it was a good idea to work at a small firm. This gave me the ability to get the feel for a new environment.
