Really supportive company. The owners invest in their therapists and care about them both professionally and personal. They really listen to what you want as an SLP/SLPA and then place you at a site that is a good fit. This company also pays REALLY well and there is lots of opportunity to grow into a lead SLP if you want to take interns in the future or specialize in specific areas.
What I wish was different
Nothing! I gained a wealth of experience and met amazing colleagues. I plan to return to CW upon graduating!
Advice
Advocate for what type of experience/placement you want - they will listen to your preferences but they cant read your mind :)
