It was a COVID time and I wanted to help seniors who were lonely and didn't know to use technology. I helped seniors learn zoom, facebook, and keeping their accounts secure. Also, I provided emotional support.
What I wish was different
I wish my work was in person so that I could communicate with seniors. Unfortunately, it was online due to COVID.
