Corporate Development/M&A Summer Analyst

What I liked
Large intern class including interns from lots of different groups in the company. Comprehensive speaker series featuring several C-suite executives in the company. The corporate development group was very nice and gave us a great introductory experience in the field.
What I wish was different
During the internship, the deal flow for the company was low so there was limited modeling experience.
Advice
Network throughout the company, even outside your own group, to get the most out of the internship experience.
