What I liked
I was given real work to do, including conducting a mediation, an investigation, and arguing for a procedural recommendation in front of the Commission, which ultimately passed! The staff were lovely, wise, and helpful.
What I wish was different
I wish I could've been paid, but otherwise, I loved the internship!
Advice
Make sure to take initiative in asking for things to do. There are so many great opportunities. Take advantage of them!
