It was a great experience! High level of baseball, great to be around the kids, also got a chance to go to the National Baseball Hall of Fame!
What I wish was different
I wish meal arrangements were better. All the umpires get the same meals/portions that the kids get.
Advice
Just make it fun! The more fun you make it the more fun it is for the kids!

If the location was in a major town or city.
Advice
To get an internship related to anyone's major is super helpful and effective to learn real life experience and as a foreign student it helped me to understand how a real life job in US is and how to overcome challenges and cope up with supervisors.
