The managers were very kind and helpful. They actually taught me what to do instead of expecting me to automatically know, which has happened at past jobs.
What I wish was different
Honestly, nothing. I have no complaints about this job or the people there. I will say the organization processes could be better, but that rarely effected me.
Advice
Just remember that sometimes you'll be jumping head first into a job. My first week here was extremely busy so they had to train me while helping a lot of customers at the same time. While it helped me learn fast, it was a tad overwhelming.
