Not much but sometimes you could go without some guidance/advice you needed from your mentor and /or supervisor for a while, but the freedom allowed in tackling different projects made up for this.

Don't be afraid to put yourself out there and ask lots of questions. Everyone here wants to help you to help make things better at the company.

Good professional experience and well structured program designed for growth. I was also given the opportunity to lead my own projects and do my own independent research and present my findings to other engineers.
