Your experience will either be great or not so amazing because of the people around you, so if you are interested in working at a Crumbl go in to see if the employees are creating a welcoming atmosphere and if you could see yourself there. Also feel free to ask the manager questions about their management style, how they would deal with issues, and what they enjoy most about their job.
