I love the Friendly atmosphere that all my co workers give when I interact with them. They treat me like family and do anything they can to help me when I need it. It gives me customer service experience and also boosts my connections with certain types of tutors.
What I wish was different
The lack of support I have when I am working. It is required that there should be two student support leaders on the clock at all times. however, our schedules conflict with our schools schedule so most of us work solo.
Advice
It is a terrific work experience when you work here. As a first job, I got to learn a lot.
